THE WEB DESIGN PROCESS Contact us! We will set up a meeting at your place of business to discuss your project needs and scope, and get a sense of your design style. Be sure to check out our list of things to think about before we meet. We will submit a proposal based on our meeting outlining the project deliverables and pricing structure. When you accept our proposal for services we will require only one half of the total proposal amount to get your project started. It's time to register your URL and set up a hosting account for your website (if you do not already have one, of course!). Hyla Graphics uses a number of different registrars and web hosts depending upon your website needs. Of course, if we are updating a current site, we will use your existing URL and host if that works best for you! You will now be able to view static example pages of your future website online, through our password protected client login area. At this time you can make any minor modifications necessary to get the "look-and-feel" of your website exactly how you want it to be. Once the site's design meets your approval the real creating can begin! Next, we combine the static "look-and-feel" developed in step four with your actual page content to create a dynamic, interactive website! You can continue to log-in to our client area and view our progress on your website as it is developed. It is not complete until you are 100% satisfied with it! The last step is to load your finished website up to its final home on the World Wide Web! Once your site is approved as complete by you and final payment is received we will upload your website under it's official URL. In addition, you will receive your complete website on CD, including the source graphics files and ftp information for your future use and safekeeping. That's it! That's all there is to it! Now it's time to GET STARTED!
